No. Pastor to Pioneer works with pastors and church leaders across many denominations and traditions. We're not trying to get you to leave your denomination, we're here to help you follow Jesus wherever that leads.

We usually start with an 8-week training that lays a new foundation for ministry. Each session is shaped around your context, helping you rethink ministry in a simpler, more life-giving way.

We prioritize authentic, life-giving relationships that help you discern God's voice and take the next step with clarity and confidence. This isn't clinical, it's personal.

Practical Steps Toward Multiplication

From there, we walk with you through the practical steps of making disciples and being the church in a relational, home-based way, and watching it reproduce.

Our coaches are former pastors who have walked the same road you're on. They've lived the pressures of traditional ministry, transitioned into more relational, simple expressions of church, and now guide others from real experience, not theory. They offer a safe, honest space to process, heal, and discern your next steps with Jesus at the center.

There is no monetary cost to the training or coaching. It's entirely free. Our coaches are volunteers who believe in this mission.

We highly encourage it. Going through coaching as a couple helps you stay aligned and process the journey together. Many of our coaches go through it alongside their spouses too.

Right now we're only able to work with pastors and former pastors, simply because of the high demand. If that's not you, we'd point you to Lampstands, our sister ministry, for coaching and training on how to make disciples and start simple churches.
